LDLASER photographer has once again contributed a set of perfect factory photos to us.
Recently, we have received a large number of orders, especially for the cutting tube machine. Currently, a 9-meter-long fiber laser cutting machine with bevel cutting function is being debugged, and two 12-meter-long machines have also been ordered.
In this set of photos, we can see the mechanical designer communicating technical details with colleagues in the factory, and their conversation is very interesting. The debugging staff jokingly suggested that the mechanical designer reduce some switches because the machine always alarms, and although the switch is installed, it seems to have no effect. The mechanical designer explained that if this switch is not installed, once the X-axis loses control, there will be no switch to limit it, and it will directly hit the pipe onto the chuck. Therefore, the role of this switch is very important, and the debugging staff also expressed fear after listening and decided to use this switch. Everyone laughed.
Currently, the LDLASER factory is very busy, and our factory director Liu is also very worried. Various automation management software is imperative, and LDLASER is developing rapidly.
